As you determine an estimate of cost for your shade cloth or fabric order, please note the following conditions:
- For nonstandard widths:
- Up to 24', use the next highest standard width and add $0.01 per square foot
- From 24' to 40', add $0.015 per square foot
- Over 40', add $0.02 per square foot
- An additional service charge of $6.00 for panels under 300 square feet
- An additional service charge of $15.00 for orders under $300.00
- Irregular-shaped panels may incur additional charges; call us at (800) 972-8057 or (706) 778-8654 to determine the actual costs for your order.
Shade Tree also offers the following additional supplies:

How to Place a Shade Cloth Order
- First, measure the area that you want to cover with a shade cloth or
shade fabric.
- Second, call us at (800) 972-8057 or (706) 778-8654 and we will be
happy to quote a price for your order and answer questions about how to
determine the correct amount of shade cloth to order. We can also advise
you about the kinds and numbers of additional supplies (binding, grommets,
and rope) you might need for installing your shade cloth.
- Third, provide us with your credit card information, or send us a check or money order. Use your Visa or Master Card for fastest service; payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Information
We ship shade cloth and fabrics via United Parcel Service, US Postal Service, common carrier, and air freight. You can expect delivery of your order within 10 to 14 days after payment is received.
